Definitely because Captain Marvel had access to the Rock Of Eternity,through which one could(potentially)access the present,past,future,as well as alternate universes and realities!Is Captain Marvel capable of reversing time like Superman did in the first movie?First of all, that movie was BS. You can't reverse time by spinning the earth backwards. That would be like me changing time by moving the hands on a clock.
And, even assuming that he was able to go back in time, they never address the issue of the paradox. Superman goes back in time to save Lois Lane. Yet, once she is saved, there's no reason to go back in time. Hence he never would have left to go back in time. And then Lois wouldn't have been saved, meaning that he would have gone.
Next, are you talking about DC's Captain Marvel (Shazam!) or one of Marvel Comics' Captain Marvels?
From what I've found, the Shazam one could. I'm guessing the Marvel Comics ones probably could also.
We are talking about superheroes, after all.
