When Justice League animated Series begins , Lois already Know that Clark Kent was Superman.

So it must have happened beetwen "Superman the animated Series" and the JL series.



In the final Chapter of "Superman TAS" Superman and Lois Kiss, and begins a relationship.



So, they never show that precise moment on screen.
