It depends.
If Superman breaks character he can defeat him in like two seconds with his heat vision. He could lobotomize him or just melt his brain and kill him.
But if Superman acts like he always does and sticks to his code then they will have to keep fighting for a long time before Superman can beat him. That is if he can actually beat him. I mean Doomsday killed Superman before, and not just once.
