Would Goku win in a fight against Superman?

Ok, this question really fires me up, I know the answer to this question but I would like to make some statements. GOKU WOULD OWN SUPERMAN IN A FIGHT! Think about it, Goku can destroy an entire planet with a single blast, its childs play for him, Superman cannot, enough said.Would Goku win in a fight against Superman?Superman would outsmart him, Goku isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer.Would Goku win in a fight against Superman?
Here are some reason GOKU CANT beat Superman

1. goku can't spirit bomb him even if he did unless it is the animated series superman, superman doesn't die

(comic book superman has survived planet explosions)



2. energy attacks don't count as magic, therefore it doesn't really affect superman

4. goku wont blow up the sun because it would kill him and everyone else



5. Goku doesn't know of a planet with a red sun.

6. without using instant transmission Goku isn't faster than superman.(Goku can't use instant transmission all the time in the middle of a fight, except for my favorite instant transmission kamehameha against cell)

7. Goku can't blow up a planet because he is a good guy and it would kill people

Goku could win against anyone in a fight unless it took less than 1 years to finish the fight because it takes long to gather energy from the planet to unleash a spirit bomb.
Well isn't Superman invincible to everything but Kryponite?

yes goku could beat superman actually just because of half his training he's unthinkably fast and that's with the weights on
You see, conditions are needed.



If it was an all out fight at their strongest, Superman would win based solely on his Pre-Crisis powers to adapt to anything. However, if it was current, then Goku probably would win because he has enough moves and power to match Superman, and in the comics he doesn't need to spend ten days to charge one attack, he needs two seconds.



Now, if neither of them had any of their powers, and were left to fight using only their skills, Goku would waste Superman. Superman when you look at him is nothing but a brawler. Goku is a martial artist who has discipled his body through so much that it would make Bruce Lee green with envy.



Conditions are necessary.

all it would take is 3 seasons and a super saiyan transformation
If Goku's fighting in his normal condition then he loses. If he transforms to Super Saiyan, it'll be a good long fight that can go either way. If Goku uses Super Saiyan 2, the perfected version, he'll win easily. Super Saiyan 3 = game over for Superman.
