Who would win in a fight, Superman or The Flash?

OK, so I've been having this discussion on who would win. Majority say Superman because his Steel skin, superhuman strength, laser eyes, ice breath, etc.

But some have said that, the flash would run circles around Superman, grab him, shake him heaps fast and distort him then possibly, while Superman is phased out, run in into the ocean, deep enough that Superman's extreme breath holding abilities can't keep up with, then drown him, which sounds good, But what's your opinion?Who would win in a fight, Superman or The Flash?as long as the flash didn't get too cocky and kept out of superman's reach, he'd be safe. the minute he started horsing around and superman caught him, he would infect him with syphilus and would read him from Thus Spake Zarathustra till his eyes bled.Who would win in a fight, Superman or The Flash?
It seems like EVERYONE forgets that Superman is nearly as fast as the Flash. And if the Flash tries the stupid running in circles trick, Superman just has to fly out, or even just stick is leg in the way. If the Flash gets tripped up, inertia will keep him going through the air for a while. Also, Superman has done the same trick before, only flying (referring to Superman/Batman: Public Enemies). The main point is that Superman's own super-speed, coupled with his other powers, would be the deciding factor.Who would win in a fight, Superman or The Flash?Apparently its been determined that The Flash is faster than Superman (which is fair, considering speed is the Flash's only superpower and Superman has probably over a dozen). However, because of all Superman's powers, he would win in a fight between the two.

The thing is that BOTH are very smart men, though most people don't think of Superman as that smart (because of his strength). Flash could use the air itself to unbalance Superman and keep him unbalanced, but unless Superman was not himself, he could and probably would use his own superspeed and anything else he needed to beat Flash up.Who would win in a fight, Superman or The Flash?If the Barry Allen Flash would go toe to toe with Supes, I think the Flash would win...He is almost as smart as Batman and is faster than Superman. He can travel through time without the aid of the Cosmic treadmill. I bet he would run around the world to gain leverage, grab Supes and sent him back to the beginning of the earth wherein our Sun is still young and white, wherein Supes wont gain his powers under a yellow sun.,Who would win in a fight, Superman or The Flash?
it depends what age superman. flash would easily defeat golden age superman. lose terribly to silver or bronze age superman, and lose again to modern age superman (superman is not stupid like people say he could outsmart flash) plus if it were that easy to kill supes wouldn't someone have done that along time ago?
Superman would win the fight there is no doubt about it, the Flash may be able to knock Superman around a bit and out run him but all that dose no good if your not actually hurting the guy, all it takes is one good shot from Superman and the Flash is history.Who would win in a fight, Superman or The Flash?
In my opinion, Superman. The Flash is fast and may be able to outsmart Superman, but Superman is pretty much invincible. And if he starts losing he could fly away, come back, and kill The Flash in his sleep.
Superman would win, aside from being fast Flash is essentially just a man. Flash wouldn't be able to move Superman, Superman may not be as fast as Flash but its close enough so that he couldn't do any of the things you listed.



There is no way Flash could win
I have to say Superman. He's just to powerful. And for the Flash drowning him, Flash would drown before Superman would.
superman would!! superman can fly too! if he didnt want to be run around in circles he could fly above him, flash cant fly. and he can use his long range attacks in the air
