Marvel and DC already did this! In the first Superman /Hulk crossover, Hulk knocked Superman clear from NYC to Bayonne! But Superman came back and said that was only because Hulk took him by surprise. If he was braced, Hulk couldn't budge him. So he challenged the Hulk and MADE HIM MAD and then Hulk hit Superman again when he was ready for it.
Hulk hit Superman over and over and over again and Superman just stood there and took it. Superman LET Hulk hit him without BLINKING until Hulk got tired and gave up and calmed down and went back to being Bruce Banner, and that was the ONLY time anybody stood up to the Hulk.
