Would you have liked to see Christian Bale portray Superman instead of Batman?

Personally I think he would've rocked as Supes/Clark Kent. He's so intense and I kinda wish he would've been Superman instead of Batman. What does everybody else think???Would you have liked to see Christian Bale portray Superman instead of Batman?Love Bale to death, but he wouldn't be right. Superman/Clark Kent needs to be played by a squarejawed, wholesome, all american looking guy. Bale, while a fantastic actor, does gritty and bizarre better. IE

its hard to say that after seeing Bale as Batman. he wouldve definetly done better than that last guy they got. but its hard for me to accept any1 besides the late great christopher reeve as superman, but bale could probably pull it off.
